• The owner of a vacant Lakewood Ranch home in Bradenton had his property on the market for 2.5 years, but could not generate buyer interest or an offer on it. It went under contract 46 days after it was Staged. The owner thanked me for giving the buyers a place to sit and sign the contract.

• A neglected, 1960s "as is" vacant Sarasota house was up for auction in January, but received no bid at the starting bid price. Staged By Design Staged it the next month. The owner received a contract for $59,000 above the starting bid.
