Why Stage My Vacant Property?

 

Buying a home is an emotional experience. ~Remember seeing the model home where you thought, “I could move right into this home”? You envisioned yourself living there because it was warm and welcoming with the furniture and accessories. We do not live in vacant homes, therefore, it’s hard for a buyer to imagine himself or herself living in your vacant house.

• Statistics show 9 out of 10 potential buyers can’t visualize a vacant house furnished and accessorized, therefore, they can’t envision themselves living there, and they will move on, not in.
• Staging a vacant house gives buyers an idea of furniture size ~
  “My sofa is the same size as this one.”

The Process:

• Set an appointment with Staged By Design to preview your property.
• Photos are taken and information about the property is gathered.
• After reviewing the photos and information, we will determine what inventory will showcase your property best and submit a proposal to you within 24 hours.
• Upon acceptance of the proposal, we set a date to Stage the property.
• The staging process usually takes 1- 1 ½ days, depending on house size.
• Staged By Design takes professional quality Staged photos for you to use in marketing.

Investment:

The Staging proposal includes the investment fee with all services and furnishings included for the first month plus the inventory list. The investment is based on our professional recommendations for showcasing your property at its best. However, we are committed to working within your budget and will do as little or as much as you like.
