What it is:

We use your existing furniture to redesign and stage your home while you home is on the market and you are living in it.

The process:

• Staged By Design de-clutters, rearranges furnishings and accessories, and may remove or move pieces to another room or space.
• A whole house makeover is typically a one day process.
• Staged By Design also offers a service where we stage the major rooms and the homeowner completes the rest.

The Investment:

We can tailor our services to meet your needs and budget. We'd be happy to talk with you and give an estimate over the phone based on your needs. Staged By Design can do as little or as much as you like.

Consultation

Staged By Design does both furnished and vacant consultations. Our written consultation will provide you with a comprehensive, prioritized plan for preparing your property for sale.

What it is:

A consultation is a detailed, written, Do-It-Yourself staging plan of action to follow, based on best staging practices for selling your property faster for highest market value.

The Process:

• A staging consultant assesses the property both inside and out, including the garage, lanai, porches and pool areas.
• You are provided with a precise exterior staging plan (including suggestions for plants, if needed), and interior room by room plan (including the closets, halls, inside of cabinets, etc), with furniture placement, repairs, de-cluttering, lighting, painting, and any other recommendations for preparing your home for sale.
• We review the staging plan with you step by step.

The Investment:

Consultation fees are based on the size of the property. We'd be happy to talk with you and give you an estimate over the phone based on your information.
